1. Research Use Only

All products supplied by Livarian Labs are intended strictly for legitimate laboratory, analytical and research purposes only.

Products are not intended for:

Human consumption or administration
Therapeutic or medicinal use
Veterinary use or administration
Diagnostic applications
Any purpose contrary to applicable law

By purchasing from Livarian Labs, you acknowledge the stated research-use nature of the products and agree that products will only be purchased, handled and used for lawful purposes.

The description of a product as being for research use only does not alter its legal or regulatory status.

Livarian Labs aims to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and batch information where available.

Product information may be corrected, updated or modified where necessary.

Images displayed on the website are provided to assist with product identification and presentation. Packaging, labels and other non-material presentation details may vary between batches.

5. Batch Verification & Analytical Reports

Where available, Livarian Labs may provide independent analytical reports, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), batch identifiers and other verification information.

An analytical report or COA relates to the sample and/or batch identified in the applicable documentation and should be interpreted within the scope and limitations of the analytical testing performed.

Independent analytical testing does not constitute approval, endorsement or certification by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any other government regulator.

COAs and other analytical information do not constitute medical, therapeutic, veterinary or diagnostic advice and do not establish suitability for human or veterinary use.

6. Website Information & Research Resources

Information available through Livarian Labs, including research reference sheets, calculators, educational material, analytical information and other resources, is provided for general laboratory and research information purposes.

Nothing contained on this website constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, diagnostic or other professional advice.

Users should independently evaluate information relevant to their particular research requirements.

7. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Livarian Labs reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to:

Refuse or cancel an order
Limit quantities
Correct pricing or product-information errors
Update pricing
Restrict access to products or services

Payment must be successfully received before an order is dispatched.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received but before dispatch, any refund due will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment method and Livarian Labs policies.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes displayed by Livarian Labs are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Livarian Labs.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable Australian law.

9. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Returns, refunds and replacement requests are handled in accordance with the Livarian Labs Refund Policy and applicable Australian law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or other applicable legislation.

Where consumer guarantees apply, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use Livarian Labs products, website content or research resources:

For human or veterinary administration
For therapeutic or diagnostic purposes
In violation of applicable laws or regulations
In a misleading, deceptive or fraudulent manner
In a manner that misrepresents Livarian Labs or its products
For any unlawful purpose

Livarian Labs reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order where it reasonably believes these Terms are being breached.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livarian Labs is not liable for loss or damage arising from:

Improper handling or storage
Unlawful use or misuse of products
Reliance upon website information for medical, therapeutic, veterinary or diagnostic purposes
Delays or events outside the reasonable control of Livarian Labs

Livarian Labs does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or independent representations.
