At Livarian Labs, we are committed to maintaining high standards of quality, packaging, and order accuracy.

Due to the nature of laboratory research products, all sales are considered final once dispatched.

Returns

Returns may only be considered if:

  • An incorrect item was supplied

  • Products arrive damaged during transit

  • The order is incomplete upon delivery

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Refunds

Approved refunds may be processed where:

  • Products were supplied incorrectly

  • Products were significantly damaged during shipping

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Incorrect ordering decisions by the customer

  • Delays caused by postal carriers once dispatched

Shipping Responsibility

Livarian Labs is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping information supplied by customers

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs processing

  • Improper handling or storage after delivery
